As a perfluoroelastomer seal, LT-01 exhibits exceptional sealing performance in the broadest range of corrosive media. It also boasts excellent compression set properties and best-in-class low-temperature flexibility. It is suitable for applications spanning most temperature ranges from -40°C to 230°C and demonstrates outstanding resistance to corrosive media such as hot organic acids, inorganic acids, caustic alkalis, amines (particularly high-temperature amines—i.e., those at temperatures above +70°C), ketones, aldehydes, esters, ethers, alcohols, fuels, solvents, acidic gases, hydrocarbons, steam, hot water, formate solutions, and mixed process streams.

Ultra-low glass transition temperature (Tg)
By employing specialized monomers and optimizing the formulation, the glass transition temperature is significantly lower than that of conventional FFKM products. Even in extremely low-temperature environments, it maintains outstanding elasticity and resilience, effectively preventing microcracks and leakage paths caused by embrittlement.
Stable sealing force
During thermal cycling, it maintains stable sealing contact stress, ensuring the integrity of the seal for the cooling medium throughout the process, guaranteeing precise and controllable process temperatures, and laying the foundation for consistent CMP removal rates.
“Wide Temperature Range” Performance
One product can simultaneously withstand the challenges of low-temperature cooling conditions and high-temperature cleaning and sterilization (such as CIP/SIP), simplifying spare parts management and eliminating the risk of operational errors caused by replacing seals.
Responding to Rapid Temperature Changes
During equipment preheating, process switching, or maintenance and cleaning, it can withstand rapid temperature changes from low to high, exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance, and has a long service life.
Resist chemical sizing
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acidic and alkaline slurry materials, cleaning agents, and DI water used in CMP processes, and will not swell or degrade.
Protect the cooling system
A reliable seal prevents coolant—such as a mixture of ultrapure water and ethylene glycol—from leaking into the process area, while also protecting expensive cooling system components from corrosion by chemical reagents.

What’s the product delivery timeline, and what services will be provided afterward?

In-stock products: Orders submitted before 12:00 noon on the same day will be shipped the same day; orders submitted after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next day. For products that are not in stock and require production, the lead time is 7 to 15 days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted toward the lead time.
The shipping address is in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Invoices will be issued once the order value reaches 500 yuan; the deadline for invoicing each month is the 25th. Electronic invoices will be sent via push notification; paper invoices are not provided and will be issued after you confirm receipt of the goods. For after-sales service, please contact your sales manager. Since the seals are fragile and lack markings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Within mainland China, we use SF Express and Kuayue Express for delivery. Orders over 1,000 yuan qualify for free shipping; for orders below 1,000 yuan, shipping fees will be collected upon delivery.
