Product Description  
• Material system: Fluororubber (FKM)—with a temperature resistance ranging from -30℃ to 200℃ and excellent resistance to highly corrosive media—is widely used in chemical processing, fuel systems, and high-temperature sealing applications. Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM)—with an extreme temperature resistance from -40℃ to 325℃ and virtually complete resistance to chemical attack—is suitable for harsh environments such as semiconductors, aerospace, and strong acid/alkali applications. Fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ)—which combines oil resistance with exceptional low-temperature performance from -60℃ to 230℃ and boasts outstanding elasticity—is commonly employed in aerospace, automotive, and cryogenic conditions where oil and gas coexist. Material formulations can be customized according to specific requirements regarding media compatibility, temperature ranges, and pressure ratings. 
• Structural advantages: No complicated installation structure is required—sealing can be achieved simply by matching standard grooves (complying with ISO 3601-3 groove design specifications). The installation space is 30% to 50% smaller than that of other seals, significantly reducing the complexity of equipment design.


Function  
• Basic functions: Achieve zero-leakage containment of liquid and gas media in both static sealing applications (such as flanges and end covers) and dynamic sealing applications (such as reciprocating motion of pistons and piston rods), with leakage rates controllable below 1×10⁻⁶ cm³/s (compliant with ISO 14520-3 sealing performance standards). 
• Extended features: It provides both cushioning and shock-absorbing functions, compensating for minor deformations of the sealing surface (such as flange warping caused by temperature changes). It maintains sealing stability under both low-pressure conditions (≤1 MPa) and high-pressure conditions (≤40 MPa, requiring the use of a retaining ring).


Sealing mechanism  
Based on the dual mechanism of “elastic deformation + interface contact”: After installation, the O-ring undergoes initial elastic deformation under the compression of the groove, establishing an initial contact pressure between the ring body and the sealing surfaces (the bottom surface of the groove and the mating surface). Once the system is pressurized with the medium, the medium’s pressure causes the O-ring to expand toward the low-pressure side, further increasing the contact pressure—this phenomenon is known as the “self-tightening sealing effect.” The contact pressure rises in tandem with the system pressure until it completely blocks any potential pathways for medium leakage. A matching retaining ring (such as a PTFE retaining ring) can effectively prevent the O-ring from being “extruded” out of the groove under high pressure, thereby avoiding sealing failure.

What’s the product delivery timeline, and what services will be provided afterward?

In-stock products: Orders submitted before 12:00 noon on the same day will be shipped the same day; orders submitted after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next day. For products that are not in stock and require production, the lead time is 7 to 15 days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted toward the lead time.
The shipping address is in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. Invoices will be issued once the order value reaches 500 yuan; the deadline for invoicing each month is the 25th. Electronic invoices will be sent via push notification; paper invoices are not provided and will be issued after you confirm receipt of the goods. For after-sales service, please contact your sales manager. Since the seals are fragile and lack markings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Within mainland China, we use SF Express and Kuayue Express for delivery. Orders over 1,000 yuan qualify for free shipping; for orders below 1,000 yuan, shipping fees will be collected upon delivery.
